Will I be charged extra if the job takes longer than expected?

No. The price we quote you upfront is the exact price you pay. Our pricing model is based on volume (the space your junk takes up), not an hourly rate. If it takes our crew longer to safely maneuver a heavy item out of your home, you will not pay a penny more for the extra time.

Do I have to pay before the work starts?

No, we do not require upfront payment for standard junk removal. Payment is only collected once the truck is loaded, the area is swept clean, and you are 100% satisfied with the job.

Why do tires cost $25 each?

Tires cannot be disposed of in standard local landfills due to environmental regulations. They must be transported to specific recycling facilities that charge us a per-tire disposal fee. We simply pass this direct cost along as a flat rate.

How does light demolition pricing work?

Because light demolition (like tearing down sheds, fences, or decks) involves significant physical labor and specialized tools *before* the debris can be loaded, this service is priced differently than standard junk removal. We will provide a custom, upfront quote that accounts for both the demolition labor and the hauling volume.
